Refund policy


REFUND AND EXCHANGE

As a policy we do not provide refund or accept returns on any product sold. We allow exchange if you receive the incorrect product or if the product is damaged during transit.

RETURNING A PRODUCT

Please specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, and send us images or unboxing video of the item and package at hello@pixiepalettebymegha.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please allow 48 hours for our team to schedule a reverse pickup.

We require the product to be packed exactly in the same way that it was received, with all original packing material intact. To be eligible for exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

If your order is damaged during transit, we will assist with repairing or replacing the product. In this scenario, we will require an unboxing video and images of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, after which we will not be able to provide free repair or replacement. We might request you for additional information and photos of the package to escalate this with the shipping partner.
